you know the hybird of the year for americans is a 6LChevy Tahoe they fit a tiny little electric motor in it and they call it a hybird….and oh guess who the judges were…Jay Leno and umm Carroll Shelby the guy who put the 7L V8 in the cobra and now spends his time supercharging mustang….so yea…they love hybrids….what more pathetic is it does 20MPG…now a Euro spec Audi A8 TDI (v8 twin turbo) that does 38MPG and is not a hybrid….

I will go for the hybrid.
1)it is more efficient,
2)Gives more power for the same power,
3)and it causes less pollution.
4)best fuel efficeny
5)more intelligent than normal cars.

not worth it you will never save enough over the life of the vehicle to recover the extra cost

That would depend on how many miles you plan to drive the car and how long you plan on keeping it.

Weigh the difference in gas mileage and the increased cost of purchase. That should tell you how many miles you’ll have to drive to break even.

Depends on how much you drive, if the majority of your driving is in stop and go traffic, and how long you will keep your vehicle, I think they are worth it, the price of gas is going nowhere but up. And remember by buying a vehicle with this technology you are encouraging and directly supporting future technology and innovation.

No, but I'd still rather spend more on a vehicle than give Exxon and its cronies even higher outrageous profits.
