There are currently no hybrids that will seat 7 people. There are several mid-size sedan hybrids (Camry, Accord, Altima) which will seat 5. The compact hybrids (Civic, Prius) have 5 seatbelts, but are way too small to comfortably carry 5 passengers. The small SUV hybrids (Higlander, Escape/Mariner, RX300h) only seat 5.

Chevrolet Tahoe will be avalible in hybrid version next year and should be a 7 passenger model. With your passenger needs it may be best to wait for the Tahoe. http://www.chevrolet.com/hybrid/
References :
Camry and Prius are good hybrids. Though Prius might be tight with 5 people.

On the SUV side there is Ford Escape Hybrid and Toyota Highlander Hybrid.

Try www.edmunds.com for research.
