$600,000,000 on upgrades to the ‘fed fleet’ to hybrid automobiles?
I mean if you are living in a shelter and see a new shiny car go by with Gov. tags on it, would that make your life easier?

How much would that save in fuel costs? If you can’t answer that then the question is pointless because it’s asked in a vacuum. There are going to be cars on the road anyway used by federal employees. They are periodically replaced anyway. Why not replace them with something more fuel efficient?
