Did you know that you can convert your car to a water-burning car? You can run your car on water, supplemental to gasoline, to increase your car’s fuel efficiency and reduce your fuel costs significantly.

Works on gas or diesel powered cars, vans, trucks, and SUVs. (Not tested on hybrids)

Your car will become at least 40% more fuel efficient and produce cleaner emissions.

Convert your car for the lowest price. Similar conversion kits cost up to 00 and up!

Works with plain tap water. No need for distilled water or special water additives!

We’ve simplified the process. The steps are easy, and the materials are affordable.

Our easy conversion guide will show you how to use electricity from your car’s battery to separate water into a gas called HHO (2 Hydrogen + 1 Oxygen). HHO, also called Brown’s Gas or Hydroxy, burns smoothly and provides significant energy – while the end product is just H2O! HHO provides the atomic power of Hydrogen, while maintaining the stability of water.
THIS IS NOT 100% WATER! Vaporiser shown save gas, boost power, prevent smog. More details :

Is the battery hybrid technology, the cleanest technology regarding environment as compared to other ways of o

Monday, March 29th, 2010

perating an automobile? We have biodiesel, ethanol, gasoline, methanol, propane, natural gas?

On the surface, it would seem that a car that runs on batteries would be the cleanest. When you are driving it, it emits almost no pollutants. However, the plants that build the batteries are significant polluters, and the amount of lead or other heavy metals in the batteries cause real environmental problems when it’s time to get rid of them. Not to mention, coal burning plants that produce the electricity needed to charge your batteries put out far more pollutuion than all the cars burning gasoline. All taken into consideration, Battery powered cars still pollute, even if indirectly. Right now there are no easy answers. Given the current info, I’d lean toward bio-diesel. I know a guy who runs his old VW rabbit on used french fry grease from McDonalds. (The emissions are very low and you get very hungry when you follow too close behind him. It smells like french fries.) However, that could all change by tomorrow. Technology grows faster than we can keep pace with.

How can I calculate if a hybrid car is worth buying?

Monday, March 29th, 2010

I’ve seen plenty of calculators that only calculate the cost of gas savings for hybrid cars vs. both other hybrids and non-hybrids. But are there any calculators for figuring in initial purchase price, expected maintenance, and environmental factors? Even better, any that show a graph showing the "break even" point for that combined cost (e.g. the additional initial cost for a hybrid will even out in x years and y months due to gas and other savings)?

Edmunds.com has a "True Cost of Ownership" calculator.

But like any other calculator, they can only estimate. Real world figures will vary.

How much tax rebate would I receive on a 2008 hybrid escape Ford?

Saturday, March 27th, 2010

What other site would have information on tax rebate for the hybrid cars.

2008 Ford Escape Federal Tax credit
$3000 for a FWD
$2200 for a 4WD

http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/tax_hybrid.shtml

This is the largest federal tax incentive available for a Hybrid vehicle. The amount of the rebate is determined by how much better the MPG’s are vs the same model NON-hybrid..

http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/tax_hybrid.shtml

(In my opinion, the US Federal tax incentives should only be given to people buying a vehicle produced by an American owned auto manufacturer.
The Escape is produced in America by UAW workers at the Kansas City plant. Why should the US give incentives to you to buy a product of Japan ? Or a Japanese owned company?
But that is just my opinion,)

i want to be environmentaly healthy, so im thinking of bying a Hybrid car, but should i wait a couple of years

Saturday, March 27th, 2010

the reason i say Wait, is becuase right now they are pretty expenisve, so in a couple of years , will the price go down??
(also the cars will be even more efficent with more technology)

so far i am thinking about the toyota camry hybrid and
Ford Escape Hybrid

If you want to be environmentally healthy, then a Hybrid is a terrible choice. The battery cells and process it take to make them are worse for the environment that emissions from a gasoline car. Manufacturer’s don’t like to advertise that part though..

As far as efficiency, it takes 5 years or more in some cases to get the return off your extra investment into buying a hybrid over a gasoline counterpart. The Prius has the best over all efficiency of any hybrid currently on the market, so if you are determined to own one, I would say Prius. Happy shopping

Anyone heard of this new hybrid car from General Motors that gets 150 mph?

Saturday, March 27th, 2010

oops i mean mpg?

for right now,,that’s us a rumor that’s going around,,there has been no public mention of it as of yet,,but yes i did hear the rumor,,good luck hope this help,s

Is a hybrid SUV worth it?

Saturday, March 27th, 2010

Looking at a Toyota Highlander. It comes in regular and hybrid editions, but the hybrid costs much more.

We have a Toyota Prius, drive it about 15,000 miles per year. It’s a great car, great stereo, great engineering, everything works, mileage about 50 city or highway. I like it a lot, would buy it again, would recommend it.

But we’ve been considering buying a Highlander also, to replace an older minivan we have. But for the $5,000 or so, all you get is an extra 10 mpg. We will drive the Highlander fewer than 5,000 miles per year, so it would never pay for itself. So for us, the non-hybrid probably makes more sense.

I suppose whether it is worth it would depend on how much you plan to drive the car.

Best of success.

Before hybrid cars came out, what was your opinion of them?

Saturday, March 27th, 2010

When you first heard of the concept of hybrid cars, what was your reaction? Did you think they were actually going to be invented or think they were just another crazy idea? Did you think they would become so ingrained in our society?

i didnt think it was a big deal at all. I always thought we would have flying cars by now :P

How might Hybrid electric vehicles overcome the range limitations of Electric Vehicles?

Saturday, March 27th, 2010

Hybrids have a second fuel source, could be gas, diesel, propane, LNG, CNG, hydrogen or some other storable fuel.
